Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the com444 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause set out below.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and com444 (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at com444.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not create an account.
These Terms apply in conjunction with the Platform's Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms issued in connection with individual offers. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the subject matter it addresses.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of an individual below the required minimum age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned subject to verification.
You may only create an Account and use the Services if doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your country, state, province or territory of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not eligible to register.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or operate your Account.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify the Platform's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon the occurrence of any event that reasonably warrants verification. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method where required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in Account restrictions or closure.
Account balances are maintained and displayed in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is available as an Account currency, amounts will be referenced in PKR throughout the Platform interface. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a different currency.
The Platform accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfers, digital wallet transfers and cryptocurrency payments. Payment methods commonly used in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in the Cashier as available options, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier and are subject to change. The Platform does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. The Platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network congestion. Unconfirmed or pending deposits should be reported to the support team with supporting transaction references.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source, that they do not represent the proceeds of any criminal activity, and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.
The Platform may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives (collectively "Offers"). All Offers are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published in connection with each individual Offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific Offer terms shall take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in specific Offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates and time limits applicable to each Offer are set out in the relevant promotional documentation. Wagers placed on games with a game contribution rate below 100% will contribute to the Wagering Requirement at the applicable reduced rate.
The Platform prohibits any strategy, pattern of play or coordinated activity designed to exploit Offers or circumvent Wagering Requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Suspected bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, Account suspension, or permanent closure. The Platform's determination in such matters is final.
If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable Wagering Requirement on an active bonus, the Platform reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) from the withdrawal amount. Players may, at their discretion, choose to forfeit an active bonus before initiating a withdrawal — this option is available within the Account bonus section.
The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any Offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside the Platform, and may not be combined with other Offers unless explicitly stated.
Withdrawals may only be requested in respect of cleared, real-money funds in your Account balance. Funds subject to an active, incomplete Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited in accordance with Section 6.4 above.
The Platform reserves the right to require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where KYC documents have not been submitted or have not been approved, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is completed. The Platform is not liable for delays attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, the Platform will use a reasonable alternative. Withdrawal amounts will be processed in the currency of your Account. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing windows — indicative timelines are provided in the Cashier for reference only and do not constitute a binding commitment.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier. The Platform reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time. Requests below the minimum threshold will be rejected.
All wagers are subject to the specific rules of the relevant Game or sports market. Wagers are accepted only when a confirmation is recorded in the Platform's system. In the event of any technical fault or system error occurring during the placement of a wager, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected transaction.
Sports betting markets — including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other live sports — are subject to individual market rules. Odds are dynamic and may change prior to the confirmation of a wager. The Platform's settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers. Disputed settlements must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the event conclusion.
Casino games, live dealer games and instant games are operated subject to published RTP (Return to Player) percentages and game rules. RTP figures are based on theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual gaming sessions. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios, as applicable.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager or game, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the applicable stake. The Platform's decision regarding the handling of technical malfunctions is final and binding.
Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; (c) KYC verification requirements have not been met; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus deductions in accordance with Section 6.4) will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed by the Platform as a consequence of a material breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to void all pending and recent wagers and to forfeit any balance in the Account, including real-money funds, where such action is warranted by the nature and severity of the breach.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence, as determined by the Operator.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and the Platform, the Player should first contact the Platform's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. The Platform is committed to handling complaints fairly and transparently.
Players in Pakistan are reminded that the applicable local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistani courts. Nothing herein constitutes a waiver of any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The Platform reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
